When the underworld's chief living King of Hell meets a tenured professor at the Heavenly Dao Academy, their KPI isn't saving all beings. It's raising kids. Yin Sha, formerly Ksitigarbha and now head of special cases, is the strongest fighter in the Three Realms: ruthless and taciturn, he raises children mainly by sensing their emotions through mind-reading and giving them military-style boxing lessons. Yun Heng, a phoenix of the Heavenly Dao reborn, is a cool-headed top student who retained his memories and came back to pursue his husband. His approach to parenting is all about teaching each child according to their needs and raising them scientifically. During one mission, they take in A Qing, a withdrawn boy who can "hear" the thoughts of all things and is the reincarnation of Di Ting. They also happen to adopt Xiao Yu, a genius girl who can "see" into people's hearts. And so the scene changes completely: before exorcising evil spirits, they have to help the kids with their homework; the balcony, bathed in Buddhist light, becomes the perfect place to sterilize baby bottles; even the nine-tailed fox supporting couple, the City God and his partner, can't escape being roped into babysitting when they visit. Faced with prying eyes and threats from all sides, this powerhouse couple has a solution: enemies attack? Yin Sha opens the way with Buddhist light, Yun Heng clears the field with phoenix fire, and the couple takes them on together. The kids are upset? One teaches them to work it out with boxing, the other teaches them a calming mantra. The results are excellent. Divinity finds its grounding through love, and the Buddha-heart reaches fulfillment through affection. In a home filled with cries and laughter, where Daoist and Buddhist magic dance together, they will prove through their actions that the greatest strength comes from the deepest bonds. As for saving the Three Realms? That's just one little task they get done along the way while raising their kids.
