Disguised as a Man: The Emperor's Prairie Empress

Shen Qing, a modern graduate student in history, accidentally transmigrates into the body of Le Jin, the legitimate son of the Great Ping Dynasty. Disguised as a man, she navigates the imperial palace, the court, and the northern frontier, eventually becoming crown prince at the age of eighteen. At fifteen, taking advantage of the Tatar invasion to the south, she accompanies her maternal uncle, General Su Jing, to the northern frontier. There she meets Hai Rihan, a Uyghur princess. The two begin as allies, but gradually fall in love, joining forces to resist the Tatars and protect one another.
