The Ancient Divine Beast: White Tiger

The Crown Prince of Kunlun Ruins saw his country fall and his family perish in a single day. On his three-hundredth birthday, he became the offering in a sea of blood. His second uncle murdered his own kin and usurped the throne, while Bai Hu fled alone into the wastelands of the Western Wilderness. He fell from the clouds into the mud, and the pampered prince of old became a stray dog with nowhere to go.

In the perilous Western Wilderness, surrounded by the Wolf Clan, he was saved by Xuan Li at the brink of death. He cast off the trappings of fine clothes and lavish living, hardened his body in the yellow sands, and tempered his spirit in blood and fire. The Moon-Devouring Heart Sutra drew in the power of the moon, while the Mountain-Splitting Art carved a path through the brambles ahead. He took every step with care amid mountains of corpses and seas of blood, and learned to read people amid schemes and intrigue. The sheltered young tiger became a wilderness overlord with bared fangs.

His road to vengeance stretched far ahead. He gathered allies from every clan and returned to Kunlun with cultivation that shocked the world, killing the traitors with his own hands, purging his clan, and restoring the glory of the Tiger Clan. Just as he established himself as a ruler of his own domain, he encountered an Azure Dragon from another world. Their bond began with a fight, and opened the way to a cultivation journey across the myriad heavens.

He faced the Vermilion Bird’s sky-scorching flames and the Black Tortoise’s world-quelling ice. Together, the four divine beasts traversed the secret realms of the cosmos and unraveled mysteries that had endured since time immemorial. From a clan’s vendetta to safeguarding myriad worlds, from peak powerhouse to cosmic venerable, Bai Hu tore through darkness with his claws and protected the balance with his burning heart. In the end, he became the guardian of the universe’s origin, engraving the word “protection” across the eternal river of stars.

This is a legend of rising from obscurity to the pinnacle of the cosmos, and an ancient epic of revenge, growth, and protection.
