My Fridge Connects to the Pokemon World!

[Pokemon fan fiction + parallel worlds + two worlds connected + no romance + not a power fantasy + growth] [Please note: the protagonist is a girl!] An accident leaves Nan Qingchen without her parents or her legs. Unable to live a normal life, physically or mentally, she wishes every moment that she had died in that car crash too. After hearing that people who freeze to death pass away with a smile, she climbs into a freezer and shuts herself inside, seeking release. But she never expected the old freezer to connect to another world... P.S. Apart from her Starter Pokémon, the protagonist's Pokemon are chosen by the author through a draw. (The author is really challenging herself.) She will encounter Legendary and Mythical Pokemon, but she won't catch them. They will only help and communicate with one another as friends or allies.
