Late one night in Zootopia, Flash the sloth mysteriously disappears. Rabbit cop Judy follows strange paw prints dusted with silvery-gray powder, but the case is snatched from under her nose by Nick, a sly, grinning fox detective. Not only is this fox full of tricks for flirting with rabbits, he also realizes at a glance that the paw prints are connected to "Cloudrealm," a secret bird city hovering high in the sky. As they face pursuit by owl guards and encounter an injured sparrow courier, the two uncover the Swan Queen's shocking conspiracy: using genetic experiments to alter birds, she plans to rule Zootopia through "species segregation." On one side are the heavily guarded experimental facility and the deadly traps hidden in the fog-shrouded Cloudrealm. On the other are Nick's gentle teasing as he rubs Judy's ear tips. This fox-and-rabbit duo must rescue Flash and unravel the genetic crisis, while also finding the courage amid their perilous adventure to embrace the feelings they've kept hidden from each other.
