At the age of eight, Yami Mi Rei, a sacrificial boy marked by fate in the remote mountain village of Yami Village, saw the Lower Rank demon’s Blood Demon Art plunge the entire village into a soundless darkness. Only he witnessed it all from a hidden compartment.
After being rescued, he devoted himself to mastering a Breathing Style, but could never make it fit his nature. In the end, while protecting others, he made peace with the darkness and created his own Shadow Breathing Style.
