The story begins with Du Mingzhe moving into a shared house, and tells the story of how he, his roommate Zhao Yuhang, and his female classmate Lin Guoguo work hard in the modern city, deal with workplace and life problems, and experience emotional ups and downs, family tests, and friendship bonds.
