There’s No Hiding It Anymore! The Movie Star’s Author Lover Has Been Exposed

[The whole internet is sobbing! This once-secret love story of three years can finally stay hidden no longer!]

At the Golden Screen Awards, top-tier star Lu Chenxi held up his trophy and said to the cameras, his eyes red, “Cheng Yi, I love you.”

The whole internet exploded.

Cheng Yi, the mysterious author who wrote The Dreamweaver of Moonlight and made countless people believe in love, was actually Lu Chenxi's lover, whom he'd kept hidden for three years?

The internet went wild:

“Is the CP I ship actually real?!”

“Did the star take that danmei role as a publicly funded date?”

“Mr. Cheng, come get your star under control!”

Only Cheng Yi knew that ever since they first met at his new book launch, the light in Lu Chenxi's eyes had never gone out.

He was a composed, reserved writer working behind the scenes. Lu Chenxi was a sunny star beneath the spotlights.

One feared the judgment of society. The other insisted on telling the whole world.

When paparazzi surrounded them, Lu Chenxi held him close. “He's my man. Who dares touch him?”

When online abuse erupted, Cheng Yi wrote a long post: “My love shines brighter than anyone.”

From testing the waters with a handhold to embracing in public, from late-night private chats to a confession onstage,

this love they'd kept hidden for three years finally broke through beneath the moonlight.

“Mr. Cheng, what do we do now that we can't keep it secret?”

“Then we won't.”
