A horror game descends upon the world. Gu Fei, dressed in a Taoist robe and carrying a giant sword (actually an iron pillar), represents the Dragon Kingdom in battle.
He faces a shadow demon that can only kill in the dark.
Gu Fei lets out a mighty shout: “Demon, taste my Thunder Palm!”
Then a fist the size of a sandbag whooshes through the air and smashes the shadow demon’s brains right out of its skull!
Shadow Demon: What the hell is a Thunder Palm? That was clearly a right hook!
Next, he faces a rule-based ghost story where you die if you fail to answer a question.
Gu Fei: “I’m not good with words, but I know a few martial arts moves. Why don’t we spar, benefactor?”
After a thorough beating, the ghost trembles in fear. “Reverend, whatever you say goes!”
Gu Fei gives the camera a guileless smile:
“Everyone, believe in science. There were no ghosts in this world to begin with. But beat someone enough, and you’ll hear them scream like a ghost.”
Contestant from Sakura Kingdom: “Baka! Is he working out in the instance? Using the Ghost King as a punching bag?”
Dragon Kingdom audience: “That Taoist is the real deal. If there’s a ghost, he’ll take it on, physically!”
