Beside the nexus of bonds at the interdimensional Rainbow Bridge, a mysterious energy containing the "spirit essence" of the entire universe was born. It is the ultimate power that connects life, faith, and bonds, but it also draws the attention of the dark "Spirit-Eater Clan," who covet spirit essence. They devour spirit essence and erode dimensions. Wherever they pass, rainbow bridges collapse and memories fade, and even Goku’s Super Saiyan God energy faces the threat of corruption.
The young Guardian unexpectedly awakens the gift of resonating with spirit essence. Armed with a starlight harp that can control it, he joins Goku, Sun Wuheng, and other companions, gathering guardians from the Star Spirit, Mechanical, Dreamscape, and other universes to form the "Spirit Essence Guardians." From the battle for spirit essence in the Chaotic Universe, to breaking through the crisis of faith in the Forgotten Realm, and finally to the ultimate showdown over the source of spirit essence, they unlock forms that fuse with spirit essence and use finishing moves like the "Bond Spirit Essence Cannon" and the "Faith Spirit Essence Slash" to fight off wave after wave of the Spirit-Eater Clan.
Here you’ll find explosive battles combining Super Saiyan God power with spirit essence, thrilling bonds between interdimensional allies who trust one another, and the young hero’s transformation from someone who needs protection into the "core of spirit essence." When the Spirit-Eater Lord tries to devour the source of spirit essence and return every dimension to nothingness, the young Guardian and his companions wield spirit essence as their blade and bonds as their shield, striking up a song of protection that resounds across the stars. True spirit essence is never a power held by one alone: it is the resolve and courage shared by companions throughout the universe, who refuse to be parted.
