Overall, this book is pretty good, the characters and story are relatively smooth, there are no outrageous plots, and my wife's writing is good. It's just that the overall pace is relatively fast, and there are no deep and unfolding memory points. The most important plot of this book at the moment is the life of the two sisters in Atlanta and the aftermath of the war. It cannot be said that there is no ink, but I personally feel that it is a bit flat. Although it is about fear and uneasiness, it just feels that it is not enough. There are too many things written in more than 30 chapters, including several major turning points in Scarlett's life, four pairs of CPs, and the Civil War. The plot seems to have been fast-forwarded multiple times, but the book is still good. Come on, madam!
