I Thought It Was Minecraft Survival, but It’s a Death Game

[Minecraft + survival game + mystery and deduction + mind games + unofficial fan fiction + supposedly no angst from start to finish] Ten years after Qi Xia created the new world, the world's first fully immersive Minecraft game, My Craft, launched to huge success, only to become a death trap in an instant. The exit button turned to ashes, trapping thousands of players' consciousnesses. Forcing a disconnect from the brain-computer interface meant brain death in the real world! A hacker was suspected of being behind the lockdown.

The “eyeball chess piece” Qi Xia planted ten years ago took on the identity of “Ye Yu” and entered the ashes of Minecraft.

When a chess piece steps into the chess player's carefully laid trap, will it become a discarded pawn or overturn the rules?

P.S. The name was inspired by “Ye” from falling maple leaves and “Yu” from the vast open sky. The “unofficial fan fiction in the Ten Days style” and “supposedly all sweet with no angst” are just jokes about the story!
