Transmigrate to Siheyuan: He Daqing Activates the System and Has a Short Fuse

He wakes up to find that a modern gas engineer has transmigrated into He Daqing from Love in the Courtyard, just as he’s about to run off with a widow.

Looking at his son, Silly Zhu, on the verge of becoming a “simp,” and his timid daughter, Yushui, he thinks of the neighbors in the courtyard, all scheming to bleed him dry: Yi Zhonghai’s moral blackmail, the Jia family’s insatiable demands, and Xu Damao’s underhanded provocations...

He Daqing’s temper flares in an instant.

As it happens, the System activates: the stronger his emotions, the more powerful his abilities! His “temper” can literally turn into fire!

And so, the Siheyuan’s whole vibe changes:

Yi Zhonghai comes to talk about the greater good? He Daqing smiles and pours him a cup of “scalding hot” tea.

Jia Zhangshi throws a tantrum and curses everyone out? That night, her stove mysteriously heats up.

Bang Geng steals meat? Kid, this meat’s hot to handle.

Xu Damao spreads rumors? His trouser leg spontaneously catches fire.

When He Daqing uses a gentle flame to warm porridge for his daughter, commands respect from the big bosses with his fiery cooking, and reshapes order throughout the courtyard with the “fire of rules”...

The courtyard’s troublemakers are stunned: Why is He Daqing so hot-tempered now that he’s back, and why does his fire keep burning brighter?

In a nutshell: I transmigrated into He Daqing, and with my fiery temper, I’m blazing a path through the Siheyuan where no one dares mess with me.
