In the East Asian corporate city-state ruled by the "Kunpeng Group", Lin Feng, a memory courier, ventures into the metaverse called the "Spiritual Realm" every day to smuggle taboo memory fragments for the rich, until his best friend and partner Aqiao suddenly brain-dead during transmission, leaving only a string of undecipherable garbled codes.
