In the summer of 2019, Binhai City suffered a rare heavy rain. Ten strangers entered Luotian Tower, a huge historic building in the city, to take shelter from the rain. When the heavy rain poured down, all exits of the building were suddenly and mysteriously closed, and communication signals were completely interrupted. This ancient building covering an area of 4,000 square meters, with five courtyards and four courtyards in the front and three floors in the back has turned into an exquisite and dangerous cage.
