The original purpose of the “Baby Project”: To create an “ark life-form” capable of carrying the consciousness of the entire civilization and preserving it when doomsday arrived.
The real reason their civilization was destroyed: An experiment went out of control, drawing the consciousness of all Tuffles into the dimension of resentment and leaving the Baby prototype an empty shell.

Namekian Dragon Balls: Based on the divine power of creation, they have limited influence over “conceptual existences.”
