[Transmigration + special space + sweet romance + adorable baby + face-slapping + highly sensitive, people-pleasing male lead]
Five years studying animal husbandry and veterinary medicine as an undergraduate, specializing in postpartum care for sows, then three years earning a master’s in veterinary medicine. Was all that just so I could transmigrate and give birth to someone else’s child?!
Ye Mingzhu had just transmigrated, heavily pregnant and not yet in labor herself, and she was already delivering piglets for a sow?!
After thinking it over, she finally understood. The original owner, a country girl, had fallen for an educated youth and drugged him in a desperate attempt to keep him. But in the dark, she threw herself at the wrong man: the village pig farmer’s son! And one night was all it took!
The more she thought about it, the more hopeless she felt. She swallowed a handful of sleeping pills, leaving Ye Mingzhu to clean up the mess!
No problem! Since she was here, she would make the most of it. She would marry this man and raise the child herself!
From then on, the downtrodden family finally had someone calling the shots!
Old Zhou had been tearing his hair and eyebrows out lately from worry.
The Zhou family wasn’t short on money, so why couldn’t they find a daughter-in-law?
His son was nearly thirty, and there was still no sign of a match. Ever since his childhood sweetheart had followed someone to the city, he’d devoted himself entirely to the pigsty!
Just as Old Zhou was about to threaten to hang himself to force his son to marry, a heavily pregnant young woman showed up at their door and demanded that his son take responsibility...
Zhou Yuhua: “Are you serious?”
Ye Mingzhu grabbed him by the collar. “Absolutely! One hundred percent serious! You’re the one! Right now, come with me and get married!”
After the wedding, Ye Mingzhu realized that her husband was getting better and better. He was steady and reliable, and their lives kept improving!
She became a veterinarian, grew the pig farm into a thriving business, helped her younger sister succeed, raised their children, led the whole village to prosperity, opened a shopping mall, and made a fortune!
In short stories, the relationship between the characters is not complicated, and most of them are based on the story lines of the male and female protagonists. It would be better if there are extra stories.
I quite like this type of novel. It's very well written.
