The cook {Ding Xiaoman} from Shu is a descendant of Chef Ding. He has unparalleled cooking skills, and the delicacies he prepares have hidden powers: spicy hot pot burns blood and increases fighting strength, osmanthus soup calms the mind and resolves disputes, and medicinal porridge heals minor injuries and restores vitality. The reputation of the small restaurant spread to Zhuge Liang's ears, and he was personally invited to serve as the chef in the Shu camp. During the Northern Expedition, Ding Xiaoman used delicious food as a weapon to help boost the morale of the soldiers and quickly heal their wounds. He also set up a barbecue outside the Wei camp to lure the enemy into defecting. When he was assassinated by Sima Yi, he cleverly solved the problem with "poisonous mushroom soup" (a medicinal diet that only caused diarrhea).
