In the wasteland of the apocalypse, survival materials are the only belief, and books and images from the old world are regarded as "garbage". The orphan {Xiao Man} is obsessed with collecting these "useless things", believing that they carry the fire of human civilization. While exploring the ruins, she accidentally discovered a projector that could play a documentary, which mentioned a "seed bank of civilization" that contained treasures of human knowledge. In search of the seed vault, she must travel with hard-core scavengers who doubt her motives, through radioactive zones and dead ruins inhabited by mutated creatures. On the way, "purifiers" who specialize in destroying items from the old world arrived one after another, and she learned that the existence of the seed bank had already threatened the rule of the wasteland lord. Xiaoman must do his best to protect the clues in the projector and find rekindled hope for human civilization in the darkness of the wasteland.
