My Little Pony: Love Welcomes You Home

I am “Love,” one of the three thousand divine descendants. Long ago, for the sake of the little ponies living on the land, my sister “Courage,” a lonely dragon, and I fell into a deep slumber in the frozen Arctic.

Time flowed on like a melody. For some unknown reason, I unexpectedly came back to life in a village.

“Ponyville”?

That name doesn't sound very nice. Let's rename it, my subjects.

How about “The Little Village of Subjects Blessed by the Gods, Where the Great Goddess of Love Has Temporarily Descended.”

What! Somepony refuses? Come on, let's settle this with a little sparring.

Half a round later, Love was pinned down by a rainbow-maned pony and thoroughly convinced.

“I give up, pony. You can name it. Now get off me.”

Later, a pony named Twilight Sparkle summoned a princess from Canterlot.

Huh! Isn't that my niece?

“Come here, little Tia. Let Auntie give you a hug!” But I had only just been reborn, and could barely even maintain an adult pony's form.

“What! You want me to pretend I'm your niece from far away? No way. Absolutely not.”

This candy is delicious.

“Just for one year, okay? Not a second longer.”

Later on...

Love pointed at herself in disbelief.

“Me! The great Goddess of Love! You want me to go to class with the kids?”

“Here, take this hoe. Do your best to smash me flat in one blow. We can't let the divine descendants lose all face on my account.”

And finally...

“School is actually great. Oh my, it really is!”
