In the early autumn of 2011, 14-year-old Wang Yibo went to Seoul with the glory of a street dance competition. In the cabin, he met 13-year-old Zhang Muning, who had neat short hair and a cool temperament. The two were both Lehua trainees, so they made an agreement to debut together and embarked on a four-year rigorous training career together.
Zhang Muning has been dancing and music since she was a child, and is proficient in hip-hop, ballet, and instrumental music. She disguises herself as a man to pursue her dreams, and she and Wang Yibo rely on each other. Fifteen hours of hard work every day, elimination and pressure coexisted. With their extreme efforts, they became the only Chinese trainees from YG to graduate with straight A's. Later, six people formed the idol group UNIQ. Their works shocked the music industry and won international awards. Their stars were bright and their future was bright.
But fate suddenly changed, and the 16-year Korean order suddenly came to an end, and the group's activities came to an abrupt end. What's even more cruel is that Zhang Muning's identity as a girl was accidentally exposed, and she was engulfed by overwhelming malice and cyber violence. In order not to drag down her teammates, she reluctantly quit the group and quietly left the stage.
She never stopped after leaving the stage: at the age of 17, she skipped a grade and was recommended to the Berklee College of Music, winning a full scholarship and the International Violin Award; at the age of 20, she made a cross-border transformation and became a national first-class athlete in track and field with her amazing talent; at the age of 23, she was invited by the "Street Dance" program team and finally returned to the stage after many years of absence.
Under the spotlight, she once again met the boy who stunned her entire youth - Wang Yibo. From being comrades side by side during the trainee days, to shining brightly during the years of separation, and then still being heart-beating when they meet again. Those sweat-soaked times, those tenderness and obsessions hidden in the heart will eventually be fulfilled under the starlight.
