Anti-narcotics detachment leader Jiang Xun and neurosurgeon Zheng Jingshu, two men who should have had nothing in common, are forced to join forces because of a new drug called "Ghost". One of them hunts drug lords on the edge of the law, and the other saves lives on the edge of medicine. In the end, they find that the truth they are pursuing leads to the same abyss.
