Apocalypse Scavenging: Starting at Home

The apocalypse arrives overnight. Mutant plants wrap the city in a “green prison,” and university student Su Ran hides in his dorm, where he unexpectedly awakens the [Observer’s Eye], which lets him collect hidden information and special energy from anything! He starts by “reaping rewards” from the mutant potted plants on his dorm balcony, then teams up with his roommate and a younger schoolmate to survive. First, they stock the dorm with supplies; then they venture into the hallways to clear out monsters, unlocking new skills with his gathering ability. To find a northern shelter and his family, he leads his team out from “home,” crawling through underground pipes, uncovering secret schemes in a laboratory, and taking on gangs of marauders. Along the way, he also swipes a mysterious seed that can cleanse pollution. They gather resources and harvest monster cores as they travel, but the farther they go, the more they realize that the apocalypse is inseparable from the laboratory’s secret experiments!
