[One-on-one, both leads are chaste | Romance develops over time from the heroine's perspective | The hero has been pursuing her all along, with a careful plan | Sweet everyday romance | Happy ending]

The first time Su Yuyi met Shen Anyi, he was using his name as the fourth young master of one of the capital's most powerful families to come to her rescue.

“Doctor Shen is with me.”

“Miss Shen, forgive me for overstepping just now.”

“I should be thanking you, Mr. Su.”

“Still, you seem to know who I am.”

Su Yu smiled, his tone warm. “I was fortunate enough to attend a few of Dr. Shen's academic lectures at H University.”

“They were excellent.”

“I didn't expect you, Mr. Su, to have never dated anyone. Someone as exceptional as you, with everything a person could want, doesn't date because you don't like women?”

“I like women.”

“Then why?”

“When you're young, you shouldn't meet someone too extraordinary. Once your heart has been moved, it's hard to let it be moved by someone else a second time.”

“Oh, so you have a one-that-got-away.”

**

“Mr. Su, you knew me long before we met. Was it really just because you'd attended my lectures at H University?”

“Does it matter?”

**

Shen Anyi was kissed breathless by Su Yu.

On the other side of the door was the entire CEO's office staff.

“The Si in the Fourth Young Master of the Su family must mean ‘outrageous’!”

Su Yu chuckled. “It means ‘absolutely unrestrained.’”

Content warning: The heroine has an ex-boyfriend, but she mistook him for the hero she knew when they were young. They were only nominally together for a few years. If you don't consider that a chaste relationship, please be aware before reading. Please don't leave malicious reviews. Thank you.
