"Changfeng in the Western Jin Dynasty" takes the fall of the Shu Han Dynasty (263 years) as the starting point. It tells the story of Li Xuanzhou, a scholar from the Shu region who personally experienced the bloody wave when Chengdu was destroyed and moved north to Luoyang. When his faith collapsed, he gained supernatural powers by drinking the spiritual spring of Qingcheng Mountain. From escaping from the world to cultivate immortality to being involved in the prosperity and undercurrent of Taikang's rule in the Western Jin Dynasty, he traveled around the court, frontier fortress, trade routes, and epidemic areas as an alchemist, doctor, and local official, and personally experienced the extravagance of Jingu Yaji and the theory of Taixue. The agitation of Tao, the bloody feast of the Eight Kings Rebellion, and the destruction of the city in the Yongjia Incident. In the state of mind of "releasing to miss Shu" and the philosophy of cultivating immortality of "keeping one's heart and seeing one's nature", we explore the answer to "how do people deal with themselves" in troubled times.
