Project Spark: Reclaiming the Desert to Build an Oasis

With the world drowned beneath seawater and yellow sand, farming has become the greatest taboo.

As the global ice melts, Gu Yu says, "I just want a vegetable garden that doesn't break any rules."

With the land sinking beneath the waves, Fang Cheng says, "I just want a cozy home."

The two hit it off at once.

He builds a city with steel and concrete, while she uses seeds to break open the desert sands.

Gu Yu says, "What we're creating isn't just an oasis, but the future."

Fang Cheng says, "You're moving more than just the world. You're moving my heart."
