Kamishiro Yu inherited a shrine in Tokyo that was on the verge of bankruptcy. Faced with debts and uselessness, the poor shrine girl fell into a desperate situation. Late at night, the urban ghost story "Slit Girl" appeared on the shrine holding a pair of scissors. The God of Poverty shrank into a ball in fear, but Kamishiro Yu was unusually calm and played a special "sound of rules" that confused the Slit Girl's logic. Instead of using traditional charms, he handed over the "Notification of the Code of Conduct for Ghost Stories" and a labor contract. On the grounds of "violating supernatural regulations", he invited him to sign a contract to become the "image spokesperson" of the shrine and use his labor to compensate for the "violation price."
With this as a starting point, Kamishiro Yu relied on his calm mind and modern management thinking to successively contain various ghost stories such as "Sadako" and "Shuten Boy", and formulated job divisions and vocational training plans to build the shrine into a "supernatural enterprise" with clear divisions of labor: the public relations team is responsible for guiding public opinion, and the security team is responsible for crisis suppression. The ghost talk that used to cause trouble has transformed into a "beating worker" who abides by the rules. When the catastrophe caused by the Hyakki Night Walk came to Tokyo and the officials were helpless, Kamishiro Yu stood in front of the shrine and gave orders to the microphone. Behind him was the Kaidan formation that had undergone modern training. The target was directly aimed at the KPI of "zero casualties + a 20% increase in believer conversion rate", and an alternative supernatural crisis response began.
