The Day We Broke Up, I Signed Away a Trillion-Dollar Inheritance

Chen Yu is diagnosed with terminal lung cancer, and the doctor declares he has only two years to live. That very day, he personally breaks up with the woman he loves most, Xia Wan.

Overnight, he is abandoned by everyone and cursed as a scumbag. For a new secretary named Lin Wei, he has actually dumped the girlfriend who stood by him through years of hardship.

From then on, everyone sees him as a villain who has grown arrogant after coming into power. He has Lin Wei wear Xia Wan’s pajamas, turning her into the spitting image of his lost love, while he plays the role of a wealthy man consumed by lust and wasteful spending.

No one knows that, despite his illness, he is making reckless bets on the U.S. stock market with tenfold leverage, raking in 500 million in a single day;

Or that he is masterfully working the futures market, making 30 billion in just half an hour!

He is burning through the last of his life, all to build a business empire for the woman he loves before he dies.

But when Lin Wei finds the medicine bottle he hid and uncovers all his secrets... the world he wove from lies begins to fall apart.
