The Mountain Village Doctor Lives a Carefree Life

[Countryside + miraculous healer + fool's comeback + business success]

Lin Dong of Peach Blossom Village is a fool known far and wide. Three years ago, he was beaten so badly that he suffered brain damage after taking the blame for his father's debts. Ever since, the villagers have treated him with contempt. Then Su Qingying, a college graduate who has just taken up the post of village official, arrives. While surveying the mountain forest, she is attacked by a poisonous snake. Lin Dong rushes to her aid and sucks out the venom, but unexpectedly turns misfortune into a blessing: his blood awakens the inheritance of the Divine Farmer Medical Immortal hidden in his ancestral jade pendant.
