The background is set in a strangely revived modern city. The protagonist Lin Mo is a psychiatrist on the verge of bankruptcy and awakens the "absolute healing system". The core conflict lies in "cognitive bias": the system blocks the protagonist's perception of supernatural phenomena. In Lin Mo's eyes, the patients who come to his clinic are all ordinary humans suffering from severe delusions, cosplay addiction, or violent disorder; but in the eyes of outsiders, his clinic is an S-level restricted area, and the patients are all unspeakable evil gods, abyssal beasts, or thousand-year-old ghosts. The protagonist's goal is just to earn enough rent and cure patients, but the "treatment plans" he gives casually (such as letting the angry flame demon go to the cold storage to cool down) can often physically suppress natural disaster-level monsters. The official spy organization regards him as "the savior who lives in seclusion" or "the more terrifying unspeakable thing", which triggers a series of ridiculous misunderstandings and passionate stories.
