Modern office drone Lin Fu transmigrates into the impoverished Liang Dynasty, poor enough from the start to chew tree bark. Armed with nothing but modern agricultural knowledge, he defies fate and changes his life!
He improves farming tools and introduces new methods, earning his first fortune to support his grandmother. He enters government, cleans up official corruption, and secures the borders, rising from a poor country boy to Minister of Revenue, with power across the court!
Through his own efforts, he revitalizes agriculture throughout Liang and brings stability to its borders. He also passes down his founding principle of putting the people first for generations, making the Lin family guardians of Liang's golden age.
This is a legendary tale of an underdog rising from the dust, reaching the summit through hard work and wisdom, and three generations protecting their homeland!
