Crimson rain pours down without warning, and the world becomes a monster-infested hellscape. The instant the apocalypse arrives, Lin Chen, a high school senior, unexpectedly binds to the Apocalypse Survival System and gains the one-of-a-kind [Undead Knight] Sequence.

His parents died when he was young, leaving him and his grandmother to depend on each other. To protect the only family he has left, he is forced to take up a rusted knight's sword and enter this blood-soaked apocalypse. Summoning skeleton soldiers and wielding the power of the undead, the once ordinary boy gradually unlocks the Undead Knight's legacy and skills with the System's help.

Screams on campus, ruins in the streets, and schemes among survivors: Lin Chen struggles to stay alive with a handful of companions. He must fight bloodthirsty monsters and face human greed and betrayal, growing stronger in desperate situations as he searches for a safe haven where his grandmother can live.

From fumbling through the early days to gradually mastering the might of the undead legion, every step Lin Chen takes brings him to the edge of life and death. With the undead as his shield and his knight's sword as his blade, he will carve a path to survival through this collapsing world, uncover the secrets hidden behind the apocalypse, and become an Undead Knight feared by every living being.
