The rain seemed to be torn from the inky black sky, hitting the cold cement floor in the outer area of Stardust Technology, splashing turbid water. On this rainy night in 2045, the air was filled with the smell of rust, ozone and some unnameable chemical reagent. At the top of the tall wall, the entwined barbed electromagnetic net makes a subtle "sizzling" sound in the rain, and occasionally one or two blue sparks burst out, warning anyone who attempts to cross.
