Introduction to the novel
"Misty Color" tells an extremely tumultuous story about love, lies and redemption. Young doctor Shen Yu's fiancée and dancer Lin Wan was pronounced dead of a malignant brain tumor five years ago. However, in an ordinary pediatric clinic, Shen Yu unexpectedly reunited with a single mother who looked exactly like Lin Wanrong but called herself "Nan Qiao" and her young daughter Shen Yi.
Shen Yu, who is supremely rational, lost control for the first time and used self-mutilation to try to find out the truth, but only received cold denial from the other party. The reunion tore away the illusion of peace for five years and stirred up the deeply buried past. Why did Nan Qiao (Lin Wan) "come back from the dead"? What difficulties are hidden behind changing your name? Who is the biological father of the girl Shen Yi? What kind of existence is the "Uncle Zhou" that the child calls?
Shen Yu struggled on the edge of doubt and confirmation, vowing to uncover the mystery; while Nan Qiao tried his best to guard the existing peace and secrets. A fierce game between reason and emotion, past and present, truth and lies slowly unfolds. When the dusty past is uncovered layer by layer, can they still get through the fog and find each other who was once lost in the fog?
