Administrative Litigation Law of the People's Republic of China

The "Administrative Procedure Law of the People's Republic of China" regulates the legal procedures for "citizens to sue officials", that is, citizens, legal persons or other organizations who believe that the administrative actions of administrative agencies and administrative agency staff infringe upon their legitimate rights and interests, and file lawsuits in the People's Court in accordance with the law.
