Where the Lights Fade, Spring Has Yet to End

At 28, Gu Qili is a rising star in Beishi’s professional world. Her career is thriving, but on her way to a new job, she gets into a car accident. When she opens her eyes, she has returned to 2010.

Fourteen years have vanished in the blink of an eye. The heartbreak of a decade, the storms of her career, the time she failed to spend with loved ones, and the regrets she carried from her previous life are all etched into her soul. In this life, three relationships that once shaped her youth and adulthood come around again: the innocent, childish “playing house” of middle school, a tender and tenacious school romance, and a decade-long relationship strained by reality.

With the mature soul of a 28-year-old, she stands at a crossroads, looking at faces that are both familiar and strange. Should she avoid the youthful, inexperienced stirrings of her heart, or reconsider every encounter? Can she make up for the time she missed with those she loved, the years she let slip away, and the painful partings, and this time build a fulfilling life without regrets?
