In 2073, the "Red Fog Catastrophe" broke out, and the mysterious red fog swept across the world. Half of the human race mutated into bloodthirsty "rotten beasts", and the remaining humans hid in the "safe zone" to survive. The old world's technology collapsed, and the remaining "energy crystals" became core resources, supporting the operation of defenses and special abilities.
