This comment is purely a personal opinion written when I read Chapter 23 and can be ignored. The subject matter is quite interesting, but the rhythm of the narrative is weird. The previous BOSS battle when Bai Yu regained his memory was a bit sudden. The accumulation of emotions was a bit abrupt whether it started or ended, and it always felt like he was too anxious.
Some aspects are very abrupt and some are inexplicable. Generally speaking, I can't stand it, but that doesn't include others.
