[Otherworld + sequence authority + profession items + infinite game]
[Plot-driven, modern Lovecraftian horror, multiple heroines, a little brainwork without dumbing things down. Come and give it a try!]
Xu Xin is swept into a deadly game by a mysterious force. After trials, twists, and bloodshed, he obtains a potion and becomes a supernatural being.
The power granted by his profession, [Thief], allows him to survive the crises that follow and travel freely between two worlds.
The gods of Red Star wield the scepter of “Sequences.” To spread their faith, they extend the Sequence game board to Blue Star.
Humanity consequently gains access to the supernatural.
But every power granted by a Sequence comes at a price. It is both a blessing and the road to the end!
Xu Xin marvels at the gods' greatness, yet grows furious at their indifference and greed.
In the end, Xu Xin decides to replace the old gods and become a god himself!
(A friendly warning: the pain is hidden inside the sweetness, and it arrives right on schedule in Chapter 200...)
