The Way of Heavenly Secrets: Mastering the Arts, Understanding the Heart

Beneath the bustle of the modern city lies an ancient and secretive tradition of Daoist learning. The Book of Changes, fate analysis, feng shui, and divination are not superstitions, but a “navigation system for life” left behind by the ancients as they observed the heavens, studied the earth, and sought to understand life. Even in modern society, a few people remain devoted to tracing the course of fate and the laws of the universe.

True divination arts, however, are not for fortune-telling and making money. They are a way to “enter the Dao through the Changes”: by putting the principles of yin and yang and the Five Elements into practice, one can perceive the workings of the Heavenly Dao in daily life and ultimately reach a state of “knowing one's fate, following the course of Heaven, and finding peace in life.”

The protagonist, Xun He, is a cultivator who walks the line between reality and metaphysical principles. After ten years of seeking the Dao and enduring confusion, restlessness, and self-interest, he finally returns to simplicity and sets out on a path of awakening: “using his arts to carry the Dao and serve all living beings.”
