In a future city that never sleeps, Xingque is an architect who walks on the edge of light and shadow. She reshapes ruins with cold aesthetics, but is as cold as ice to human relationships. Over the city, a virtual canopy called "Eternal Day" covers the real sky, and all emotions are filtered and archived by algorithms. However, when an unexpected canopy failure causes Xingque to have intermittent interactions with an anonymous message deliverer, her rational world begins to collapse. Xingque tried to find clues of hope in the cracks in the city, but was forced to face the softness and longing blocked in his heart. Underneath the cold and glamorous appearance is the desire for real emotions: Under the constant daylight, can the Star Tower tear through the virtual sky and awaken the love and freedom that belongs to the future?
