Beneath the splendor of a flourishing age, undercurrents surge.
Qin Feiyu, the orphaned daughter of a military family, bears a blood feud and hides within the imperial palace, seeking only the truth. With delicate hands, she means to set the world in turmoil.
Shen Xiyue, the prime minister’s legitimate daughter, is renowned throughout the capital for her brilliance. Yet family constraints have made her a beautiful piece on the board, and her keen, perceptive mind must navigate a world of treacherous intrigue.
A palace selection brings together two women whose fates could not be more different.
From early suspicion and exploitation to eventual understanding and mutual support, they become each other’s ally and shield on a battlefield where no blades are drawn.
One protects the other from open attacks and hidden arrows; the other charts a splendid future for her.
This is no tale of romance and moonlit flowers, but a hymn to women’s intelligence, courage, and friendship. Watch these two women stand side by side, break their shackles amid the magnificent palace and the sprawling imperial court, take control of their own fates, and compose a legend for the ages: Moonfeather, Startling Swan.
Very pretty!!!
