Lin Ruo died while saving someone and was reincarnated in another world as a blue dragon egg in a desert cave. The moment she hatched, she gained ancestral memories and a dragon's true name, beginning her journey as a first-tier, level-one hatchling. She rejected the blue dragon's innate lawful evil nature, instead following a special lawful alignment with a moral code. Training in both battle aura and magic, she gathered minotaur, lizardfolk, and other races as followers. From her cave stronghold to the Thunder God Kingdom, she climbed step by step from the first tier to godhood, eventually founding a blue dragon empire spanning the heavens and commanding eternal balance through the order of thunder.
