Apocalypse: My Divine Beast Is So Competitive, It Destroys the World on Its Own

After transmigrating into the Apocalypse and becoming a zookeeper, Jiang Chen wants only to stay alive.

When the animals at the zoo start mutating into legendary creatures from the Classic of Mountains and Seas, he gets scared.

These things gobble up zombies like crispy snacks. What if one of them takes a dislike to him one day...?

So he promptly decides to hand them over!

"Report: I'd like to hand over my zoo and the... divine beasts inside it to the country."

From then on, Jiang Chen lives the carefree life he's always dreamed of.

He lives in a safe house built by the country at the very heart of a fortress. His daily work consists of feeding the divine beast cubs, scratching their itches, and playing with them.

As for fighting zombies? That's the job of the country's special forces and the adult divine beasts.

When a top Western mercenary group tries to sneak into the base and steal the divine beasts, they are greeted by a white tiger strolling through the back garden and casually smashing a building with one swipe of its paw.

When a million-strong zombie horde surrounds the city and everyone despairs, Jiang Chen yawns and strokes the Kunpeng cub dozing beside him. "Little Kun, are you hungry? There's an all-you-can-eat buffet outside."

The next moment, a shadow blots out the sky and covers the city. A bottomless maw opens, and peace is restored to the world.

Special Forces Captain: "Consultant Jiang is our last trump card. His safety comes before everything!"

Supreme Commander: "Every faction across the globe is trying to guess the identity of our mysterious 'Master of Divine Beasts.' They'd never believe he's sulking because today's special lunch was missing a chicken drumstick."

My name is Jiang Chen. Don't ask me how to save the world. I'm just an ordinary zookeeper.
