Gui Xiaochi, the sweet-scented osmanthus essence, and Yingrihe, the lotus fairy, are old rivals on the Four Seasons stage. This year's midsummer lingers, the lotus cannot wither and the sweet-scented osmanthus cannot bloom. From blaming each other to noticing abnormalities, the two flower spirits discovered that the laws of the seasons had broken down. In order to face a common survival crisis, the summer and autumn enemies reluctantly shook hands and made peace, forming a temporary alliance and deciding to join forces to investigate the truth behind this change in the world.
