The Substitute Sister

Sixteen years of being hailed as a “bringer of good fortune” turned out to be a carefully orchestrated lie. After my parents sacrificed their lives to save the only son of a wealthy family, the Shen family took me in. I became a living blood bank for their sickly daughter and a stand-in to take her misfortune upon myself. What I thought was their gratitude for raising me was nothing but a self-serving scheme to use my health to prolong her life. The warmth of family I treasured was false affection built on a mix-up about my identity. When the real heiress returned, cured, I went from their “precious darling” to an unwanted pawn in an instant. They packed me off to an elderly tycoon in exchange for business favors. As I lay near death with a raging fever, abandoned in a storage room, the housekeeper and her husband whispered a shocking truth that tore everything open: I was the Shen family's true biological daughter! They had switched us at birth so my “good fortune” would protect their sickly fake heiress. Blood debts must be repaid. The life stolen from me, the health drained from me, the dignity trampled underfoot: I'll reclaim it all, with interest! From now on, the black-hearted lotus is here, and the hypocrites will pay a terrible price! Fill this in according to the plot.
