The Deadly Game: The Eternal Prison Gate

From the moment they met, Ruan Lanzhu knew that Ling Jiushi was both his doom and his only salvation.

Inside the doors, death is commonplace and sincerity is a luxury. Yet Ruan Lanzhu insists on placing his most precious feelings before Ling Jiushi. His love is a possessive protection, a bloodstained blade, a madness that would destroy everything just to make the other part of his very being.

Ling Jiushi struggles between truth and illusion, wavering between reason and surrender. When he finally sees the desperate resolve and sincerity in the depths of Ruan Lanzhu's mad eyes, meant for him alone, he chooses:

“Ruan Lanzhu, if you're not outside the door, then I'll stay sealed inside with you forever. We'll stop being players and become gods, each other's eternal prisoners and faith.”
