When science began to measure ghosts, the instruments recorded humanity's oldest fears. Holding the instrument, she and Chen Wang, holding the talisman, confronted each other at the crime scene. They regarded each other as representatives of superstition and arrogance. Until they were trapped in the forgotten old school hospital together. The lights went out and the instruments malfunctioned.
