Sis, I Was Wrong!

The once-popular actress Li Zhannan joins forces with Lin Yumo, the entertainment industry's most powerful resource-backed star, known as a ray of sunshine.

When they first meet on set, twenty-three-year-old Lin Yumo bows and greets her. “Teacher Li, I watched your movies when I was little!”

Thirty-year-old Li Zhannan gives a cool nod. “Mm.”

She only wants to keep things professional and leave as soon as filming wraps.

But the little sun is too dazzling, and has a whole host of bad habits.

Today she messes up a take because she's fooling around; tomorrow she lies to get out of work.

Li Zhannan's discipline of her extends from their scenes to everything off camera.

Everyone thinks the actress is so strict she's almost heartless.

But no one knows that in their hotel room, Lin Yumo, eyes red, tugs at her sleeve. “Sis, I'm sorry. Don't ignore me.”

Later, the show becomes a hit, and they become the internet's hottest ship.

A life-or-death crisis makes every pretense crumble.

One day, Lin Yumo posts a photo of them holding hands on Weibo, with just one line:

“Age is no barrier. Love is love. @Li Zhannan”

The whole internet crashes, and the post shoots to the top of the trending charts.

A minute later, Li Zhannan reposts it with an even more explosive reply:

“Come home. We need to have a serious talk.”
