Born with the Five Flaws and Three Deficiencies, he was destined to be a short-lived, lonely, crippled man. Yet in the end, he became the only "Living King of Hell" in the occult world.
Li Fei, a half-blind masseur with no parents, suffered humiliation and abuse. A vicious frame-up left his right hand crippled and cut off his means of making a living, but it also fully unleashed the fate of decline that had been sealed within him.
The righteous sects of the occult world saw him as a "harbinger of disaster" who had to be eliminated, while the corpse-refining heretics regarded him as a peerless "vessel" for making puppets. With the whole world against him, he turned the tide amid his decline. Not only did he obtain an ancient inheritance, he also mastered the "Spirit-Pushing Art" on his own: with one hand, he soothed the grievances of the dead and helped them let go of their obsessions; with the other, he relieved the ailments of the living and dispelled their calamities.
With his eyes closed, he was merciful, accumulating merit for all living beings and regaining his sight. With his eyes open, he was a force of thunder, flying into a rage for the woman he loved and commanding life and death.
The overall feeling is good, the writing is a bit poor, but the plot innovation is very good, there is no brainless slap in the face plot, so I might as well give it 5 stars to encourage it.
Not bad, not the kind of mindless cool article
